Socio-anthropologist, Prof. Jean Pierre Poulain conducts researches on the links between Food, Cultures and Health in the frame of CERTOP UMR-CNRS 5044, and leads, from 2012, the chair of “Food Studies” conjointly set up by university of Toulouse (France) and Taylor's university (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). Prof. Victor Wee is a professor at Taylor's University, Malaysia. He served as Tourism Ministry secretary-general. He ran a successful Visit Malaysia Year 2007 campaign and was also instrumental in establishing the Cabinet Committee on Tourism. Besides being involved in consultancy assignments for the United Nations World Tourism Organisation.
