“The future of tourism, hospitality and gastronomy is bright and exciting, notwithstanding the challenges that these sectors face from political volatility, economic uncertainties, social tension, environmental issues to climate change. To pave the way for the future, the stakeholders have to take actions TODAY. The Conference invites practitioners, educators and researchers to contribute innovative research, new ideas and bold strategies to nurture the boundless potentials of tourism, hospitality and gastronomy. In a fast changing world fuelled by technological advances, creativity and responsiveness are vital to the survival of these sectors. The conventional divide between tourism, hospitality and gastronomy and other disciplines is increasingly blurred, as more stakeholders redefine their roles. The Conference seeks to explore ideas and practices that enable the stakeholders to take charge of tomorrow TODAY.”
